GOOD NEWS STORY FOR SCOTLAND says entrepreneur
as Scotlands new e-commerce and entertainment group make blue chip appointments
In a dramatic development in the world of entertainment, e-commerce and computing, the new Scottish based holding company Creative Talent Management has announced two stunning senior appointments.
Creative Talent Management comprising of Live Entertainment Services, Celtic Promotions, Speakers UK and 5i-Studio.com, the Computing, Internet and New Media Company and headed by prominent Aberdeen entrepreneur Dominic Morley, are determined to ensure that the dual philosophies of service and value for money are at the forefront of their service provision and have sought some of the most talented individuals across a wide range of business sectors to ensure that Scotlands economy benefits. Speaking today, Mr. Morley hailed the appointments as extremely significant factors in building the group into a major success story for Scotland. He said:
I am happy to announce that the new holding Company will be marshaled by some of the most gifted professionals drawn from a variety of backgrounds. This is a good news story for Scotland.
Whilst we have a great track record in managing creative talent we lacked the corporate structures and talent to cope with the massive increase in business we were currently experiencing. These senior corporate appointments address this and we anticipate a number of further appointments of world class corporate talent in very near future. They will all bring still more energy and drive to Scotlands thriving business sector and ensure that we excel in all areas and provide 100% customer satisfaction.
I am delighted to announce that Ken Trinder, former senior commercial procurement specialist at Total, has today been appointed as our Commercial Manager.
I have known Ken for a number of years as a client of ours and he is well known within Scotlands business sector, and much further afield, as a consummate professional and expert in commerce.
Kens immense experience and know how can only add value to our operations and further increase our potential to contribute to the national economy as well as delivering world class service to our customers.
Speaking about his recent appointment Mr. Trinder commented,
I am looking forward to developing the whole range of services the group provides. When I was with Total I experienced first hand their dedication to customer service and their integrity and after many happy years with Total I am delighted to face a new challenge and seek to boost the Scottish economy with this vibrant, forward thinking company.
Turning to the second recent appointment Mr. Morley went on:
In equal measure, I am delighted to announce that our management team will be joined by Fiona Newman. Fiona was, until her move north, with the leading Wall Street Bank Donaldson, Lufkin, Jenrette. It speaks volumes for the new air of enterprise coursing through Scotland that we have been able to go out and find a senior businesswoman of Fionas standing and bring her on board.
Commenting on her appointment, Mrs. Newman said,
I am delighted to be associated with such a forward looking, energetic business group and the opportunity for growth is enormous. e-commerce is such a dynamic area, and the corporate entertainment companies are already market leaders. Only this month I was reading about Speakers-UK.com in a national magazine. We are making sure that we lay the foundation for a bright future and I am committed to helping the group achieve its goals. We want to build a service that will be the pride of Scotland and we are well set to deliver.
